Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients, our international partners, and our development team.

What You'll Do

Level-1 (Merchant Support)

  • Maintain daily conversations with clients.
  • Solve operational and basic technical issues for clients.
  • Check providers’ performance in a daily basis and work with them to offer clients a good and stable service
  • Building knowledge of our system, providers and clients.
  • Assist in creating / updating online documents.

Level-2 (Account Manager)

  • Take ownership of client accounts.
  • Response to various requests from the clients and provide a better, quicker client support.
  • Use data analysis skills to monitor account status and take necessary reaction.
  • Introduce our new products to clients and work with different teams to make the deal.
  • According to clients status and requirements, make a plan to proactively build a stronger relationship and generate more income.
  • Work closely with the development team and translate the needs of the clients into product and services design.

Level-3 (Senior Account Manager)

  • Set the promotion plans for all clients.
  • Assist other Account Managers to find out the reason of performance issues.
  • Make the development roadmap with the technical team based on clients requirement and business priority.
  • Translate company policy into practical plans.

What You'll Bring

Ideally, you have a business background and have an interest in client relationship management and data analysis. This position isn’t technical in nature, but you should have an interest in Tech/ECommerce/Startups.
